Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once and the license is yours forever, including free updates.

How many Macs can I use one license on?

Up to 3 Macs that you own or use. To move a license, open the app's License window and click Deactivate This Mac, then activate on the new one.

Do I get updates?

Yes. Updates are free for license holders. The apps tell you when a new version is available.

What payment methods are accepted?

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record: credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Sales tax and VAT are calculated automatically.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If an app does not work for you, email support@promactools.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

I lost my license key. What do I do?

Your key is in the purchase email. You can also retrieve it from your Lemon Squeezy order page, or email support with the address you used to buy.
